"We have one of the world's strongest economies and a very attractive real rate of return of 3.00% yet the dollar is declining and should continue to do so.  A change in Fed policy to cease raising interest rates, and a projected slowdown this fall in economic activity is putting pressure on the dollar.

Also, recent U.S. government reports show that net foreign investment in the U.S. has dropped dramatically since last November.
